DRAFT — pending legal review. This document is a placeholder written during development. It is not yet a binding policy and must be reviewed by counsel before WiseHouseHunt takes on a paying customer.

What this document will cover once it is written properly:

• Enquiries to us. If you send the contact form, we store the name, email, brokerage, phone, market and message you typed, so that we can reply. We do not sell or share it.
• Prospect conversations on customer sites. Handled by the agent whose site it is, as their data. Disclosure that the assistant is an AI, retention limits, and how a prospect asks for their data to be exported or erased — including copies already synced to the agent’s CRM — all belong here and are still being designed.
• Cookies and sessions. What we set, why, and for how long.
• Sub-processors. The infrastructure and model providers involved in delivering the service.
• Your rights and how to exercise them, per jurisdiction.
