Where the product actually is
Launching in Denver and Colorado Springs — onboarding our first agents now
WiseHouseHunt is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is running on a customer's site yet, because we have not signed our first agent. The branded site, the conversation engine, the buyer profile and the compliance chrome are built. MLS search and CRM sync are written and waiting on approvals only your board and your own accounts can unlock. The agent portal and the SEO content engine are still being written.
Every capability on this site is labelled with one of three states:
- Built (no badge)
- Written and tested on our own infrastructure. Not yet running on a customer site — nothing is, because we have not signed our first agent.
- In build
- Being written now. Not something you can use today; ask us where it is and we will tell you.
- Awaiting approvals
- The code is written; it switches on when a third party clears it — the IDX data licence your board and broker sign, or credentials to an account you already own.

What is not in the price
Your MLS and board fees
The IDX feed runs under your own membership and your own agreement with your board. Whatever your MLS charges for that stays between you and them.
Your domain and your CRM
You keep both. We connect to the CRM you already pay for rather than selling you another one, and the site runs on a domain you own.
Founding agents
Two founding agents, one per launch market
Early is the whole offer. You are not buying finished software — you are getting the people building it, working on your market first, in the order you say matters.
Founding terms are a conversation, not a published discount — the numbers above are not signed off yet, so quoting one against them would be theatre.
