For licensed agents in Denver and Colorado Springs

Your site interviews the lead before you ever pick up the phone.

WiseHouseHunt is building a branded site with MLS search and an assistant that talks to prospects the way a veteran local agent would — probing what they actually want, separating firm requirements from flexible ones, and handing you a warm lead with the whole conversation attached. The assistant is built. We are signing our first two agents now, one per market.

Pre-launch, and specific about it: every capability below is labelled with how far along it actually is. Every prospect on your site is your lead — no routing, no rotation, no sharing with other agents, ever.

Example conversation

  • What's making you look right now — a move, more space, or something else?
  • Second baby coming in March. We're in a two-bed downtown.
  • Congratulations. So a third bedroom is firm — is the downtown location firm too, or is that the flexible part?
  • Flexible, as long as my husband's commute stays under 30 minutes.

What you receive

Timeline: before March. Firm: 3 bed. Flexible: neighbourhood, within a 30-minute commute — with the full transcript behind it. Your CRM gets the contact and a short summary; the profile and transcript stay yours, not your CRM vendor’s.

Illustration of the product, not a real client conversation.

Where the product actually is

Launching in Denver and Colorado Springs — onboarding our first agents now

WiseHouseHunt is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is running on a customer's site yet, because we have not signed our first agent. The branded site, the conversation engine, the buyer profile and the compliance chrome are built. MLS search and CRM sync are written and waiting on approvals only your board and your own accounts can unlock. The agent portal and the SEO content engine are still being written.

Every capability on this site is labelled with one of three states:

Built (no badge)
Written and tested on our own infrastructure. Not yet running on a customer site — nothing is, because we have not signed our first agent.
In build
Being written now. Not something you can use today; ask us where it is and we will tell you.
Awaiting approvals
The code is written; it switches on when a third party clears it — the IDX data licence your board and broker sign, or credentials to an account you already own.

How it works

Three steps from your brand to a briefed lead

  1. 01

We stand up your site and apply for your feedAwaiting approvals

You give us your brokerage details, licence numbers, MLS membership and brand, and we build your branded site on your own domain. In parallel — with you and your broker of record, because both MLSs require the broker's signature — we apply for the IDX data licence that puts your board's whole market on it. The site is built today; the market data arrives when the board approves.

  2. 02

    The assistant does the interview

A prospect arrives and talks instead of filtering. The assistant probes what they actually want, separates the firm requirements from the flexible ones, and answers with local knowledge you supplied — building a structured buyer profile as it goes. This is the part that is finished.

  3. 03

You get a warm lead, not a form fillAwaiting approvals

When a conversation turns serious the assistant stops and hands the prospect to you, with the full transcript and the buyer profile it built. Every lead on your site is yours — no routing, no rotation, no sharing. The handoff is built; the CRM push and the alert that pages you are written and waiting on your accounts.

What you get

Built around how buyers actually decide

Filter-based search assumes a buyer already knows their criteria. Most do not. The whole product is arranged around the conversation that finds them out.

Your own branded site, showing the whole marketAwaiting approvals

Your domain, your brand, your photography — and, once your board clears the feed, every listing you are licensed to show, not just your own. You are the buyer's agent for anything they like, whoever holds the listing. The site, the templating and the IDX compliance chrome are built; the feed integration for MLS Grid is written and waiting on the data licence.

A conversation, not a filter panel

Prospects describe their life, not their search criteria. The assistant asks the follow-up questions a veteran agent would ask — commute, schools, what they would trade away — and keeps the thread across visits. Built, with a layered fair-housing guardrail and an adversarial test suite that has to pass before any change ships.

A structured buyer profile you can act on

Every conversation produces a profile: must-haves versus nice-to-haves, budget reality, timeline, motivation. It is versioned, so you can see how someone's thinking moved between visits.

Your local knowledge, on tap

You tell us what only a local pro knows — which block floods, which HOA is difficult, where the quiet streets are. It is stored as individual claims with a source and a confidence tier, so the assistant repeats your knowledge rather than inventing its own. We load it with you during onboarding; editing it yourself arrives with the portal.

Leads into your CRM, without handing over the profileAwaiting approvals

The Follow Up Boss adapter is written — queued, retried, dead-lettered, so a lead is never silently dropped. It deliberately sends contact details, attribution and a short summary, NOT the transcript or the full profile: those stay in your portal rather than becoming a CRM vendor's training data. It starts pushing once your CRM account is connected.

Escalation when a lead is hotIn build

Urgency signals, a direct request for a human, or a complex financing question all stop the assistant and mark the lead for you. You set the triggers; the defaults are sensible. The triggers and the tuning are built; the alert that reaches your phone is being wired now.

Local knowledge base

The assistant knows what you know

A generic chatbot answers with whatever it read on the internet. Yours answers with what you told it — held as individual claims, each with a source and a confidence tier, so nothing gets invented about a neighbourhood you actually work.

  • Claims are verified and tiered before the assistant will use them
  • Unverified claims are held back rather than guessed at
  • We capture your knowledge with you during onboarding
  • Editing it yourself, in the portalIn build
  • Published content (Premium) feeding the same knowledge baseIn build

Escalation, on your terms

You decide when the assistant steps back and marks the conversation for you. The defaults cover the obvious cases; every trigger is yours to tune. The triggers below are built; the alert that reaches your phone is being wired now.

  • Prospect asks for a human
  • Urgency signals — showing requests, short timelines
  • Financing, legal or zoning complexity
  • Deep engagement with a complete buyer profile
  • Alert delivery to email, then SMSIn build

Founding agents

Two founding agents, one per launch market

Early is the whole offer. You are not buying finished software — you are getting the people building it, working on your market first, in the order you say matters.

What you get

  • Your board is the MLS integration we complete first — Denver (REcolorado) or Colorado Springs (elevateMLS)
  • Your CRM is the adapter we prove on real leads
  • Direct line to the people writing the code, not a support queue
  • Your site built on a private staging address, reviewed by you and your broker before anything goes live
  • An honest status on anything you ask about, including the parts that are not finished

What we need from you

  • An active membership in REcolorado or elevateMLS
  • A broker of record willing to sign the IDX data licence — both MLSs require the broker's signature, not just yours
  • A domain you own, and a CRM you already use
  • Patience with a product that is being finished around you, and the bluntness to say when something is wrong

Pricing

A deployment fee, then a monthly subscription

Base is meant to cover the site, the MLS feed, the conversation engine and CRM sync; Premium adds the SEO content engine. The pricing page lists both plans line by line with the readiness of each line, so you can see exactly which parts you could use on day one.

Illustrative pricing. WiseHouseHunt is pre-launch and final numbers are not set — these figures show the shape of the plans, not a quote. Deployment is quoted per site. Ask us for current pricing.
