WiseHouseHunt is a multi-tenant platform: every agent gets their own branded site, their own data and their own leads, running on infrastructure we operate so you do not have to think about it.
Where we are
Pre-launch, in two markets — Denver (REcolorado) and Colorado Springs (elevateMLS) — and recruiting one founding agent in each. We have no customers yet, so we have no case studies, and we would rather say that than manufacture them. If you want to see the product, the honest answer today is a conversation and a walkthrough, not a testimonial page.
The site, the conversation engine and the compliance chrome are built. MLS search and CRM sync are written and waiting on approvals that a board and a broker control. The agent portal and the content engine are still being written. Every capability page on this site is labelled that way, line by line — if you find a claim on here that outruns the code, tell us and we will fix the page.
What we are opinionated about
The lead belongs to the agent
Each site is a silo. A prospect who lands on your site is your lead — we do not route, rotate, resell or share it, and there is no version of the product where we do. That is a design decision, not a plan tier.
A conversation beats a filter panel
Most buyers cannot state their criteria up front; they discover them by talking. The product is built around the interview a good agent conducts, because that is where the real requirements surface.
The assistant does not invent local knowledge
Anything it says about a neighbourhood traces back to something you told it or something verifiable. Claims are tiered and unverified ones are held back — a confident guess about a school district is worse than silence.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on
Fair-housing guardrails, IDX disclaimers, brokerage and licence details, Equal Housing — these render on every page and cannot be switched off. Your broker of record signs off before a site goes live.
